James has been working in the financial industry since 2008 and started in mortgages in 2010. James started his career in 2008 working with Lake Michigan Credit Union and moved to their mortgage division in 2010. After gaining experience in the mortgage industry working in their processing and underwriting departments he moved to Florida in 2014. James found his way to the Landmark team in 2016 working as part of Sue Albritton’s team as her loan processor. His processing and underwriting experience allows him to work with customers to meet closing deadlines in a timely fashion. He works closely with Sue’s team to ensure quality customer service and to help the customer every step along the way. His goal is to make the process easy to understand and is here for both experienced and first time home buyers.
