Sue joined the Landmark Mortgage Planner Team in November of 2014.  Sue brings 20 years of loan originating experience with her.  She previously worked for PHH Mortgage 2008-2014 as well as Cameron and Cameron Mortgage 2003-2008.  Sue was a 2012 and 2013 Presidents Club winner at PHH representing the top 10% in the country in loan originations. Sue has consistently been at the top of the rankings with Landmark Mortgage Planners year after year achieving Presidents Club in 2017,2019, 2020 and 2021.

Sue is involved in many local real estate groups including Women’s Counsel of Realtors Alachua and Marion County, PPIR of Gainesville, OMCAR and GACAR.  In Sue’s free time she enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling and riding her bike..

Sue feels her communication skills and her ability to not give up, set her apart from other lenders.  Sue does not believe in missing closing dates and will work around the clock to make sure her buyers loans close on time.
